YOU
ARE HERE TO SERVE A GREATER PURPOSE, beyond mere survival and the gratification
of the things you may think you want. This is true because you have a spiritual
nature. You have a spiritual origin and a spiritual destiny. Your failure in
this life is the failure to respond to your spiritual nature, which has been
distorted and maligned by the religions of your world, which has been neglected
and denied by the science of your world. You have a spiritual nature. You have
a greater purpose to serve. When you trust your inclination for this purpose,
you will be able to come closer to it. When you feel confident that it
represents a genuine source of love, then you will begin to open yourself to
it, and this will be a great homecoming for you.
IN
YOUR TWO MEDITATION PRACTICE PERIODS TODAY, allow yourself to open to the
presence of love in your life. Sitting silently and breathing deeply, let
yourself truly feel the presence of love, which signifies the presence of a
greater purpose in your life.

confirmations for me. You may be different, but you are here on earth, so ....

1:06 A.M. 70 Days of S2K - out
in the moonlight - doing nearly nothing - such a strange feeling.
Hardly wise - is the goal too
big. Things to be left behind ... -
6:45 A.M. ...
I will review S2k and meet with
Bob T - about my website.

1:52 p.m. ... He thought the
idea was decent, but hard to make money off of - ...
There are lots of little and
big things I could do this afternoon. I will go to the woods - review S2K and
ponder my options.

Not very exciting journal
entries, but I am learning a lot about want I was thinking at that time and how
things have worked over the past 14 years. If you are introspective, which you
probably are since you are doing these steps and have pursued spirituality in
your life, even avoiding it as an agnostic or otherwise avoiding it, it has
been part of your thoughts as well as what should you be doing in life. Seventy
days of Steps - congratulations and hang on.

Journal
2nd Time Step 70. This is for those who have completed
Steps once. Doing Steps with only the texts, messages and your life experience,
including what you may have studied and practiced is your journey. I’m showing Step
comments after the Step, so as not to influence you in advance. It is a
wilderness trek to be left to your own wits, but then you can also listen more
closely for guides, angels and teachers, always first saying: “I surround and
protect myself with the Love and the Grace of God.” Thankfully, I was taught
this practice in 1989.
P.S. If you’ve some interest due to this or other
Steps, you should go to the beginning blog post. From here you will learn about Steps to Knowledge
and can begin it on the day that makes sense; then progress as needed. You can
use the posts on this blog as a companion if it helps. They will remain in
order in the archives - one post per Step.
Often it takes 18 months to get through the Steps
once. For this blog, the pace is one-a-day, but it really makes no difference
how fast you do it, only that you begin, persist and repeat. Posts here provide
a trail that may let you have a virtual companion when and if you want one. One
may have to study alone, as I did in the beginning. There are other Steps
students blogging their experience and you might find a person more like you as
a companion, or use a number of such Steps journeys. There are options as well
