Greetings All –
HOW CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THE GREATER COMMUNITY when you
can barely understand the community in which you live, let alone the nation in
which you live and the world in which you live? Here you must only understand
that there is a Greater Community and that it is a larger context in which life
expresses itself. As humanity attempts to become one community and as you
attempt to become one person instead of many people, you will realize that you
emerge into the world as a larger person and the world emerges into the Greater
Community as a larger community. Here all individuality seeks community, for in
community it finds its true expression, its true contribution and its true
role. This is as true for you as it is for the world.
YOU CAN FEEL THIS. It is so evident. You can know
this, for this idea is born of Knowledge. Don’t burden yourself with trying to understand
all of this, for understanding is not necessary here. Only know and feel the
reality of this. As you do this, your understanding will grow naturally. It
will not be born of your own fantasy or idealism, but instead will be born of
Knowledge and experience. Thus, it will abide with you, serve you and make your
life more real and effective.
REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND AS YOU PROCEED,
for understanding is born of hindsight and true application. Have confidence,
then, that your understanding will grow as your participation grows. You need
not understand the universe, but you do need to experience it. You need to feel
it within yourself and around you. You need to see yourself as one person, you
need to see your world as one community and you need to see your universe as a Greater
Community that, within a larger sphere of participation, is attempting to unify
itself as well. Thus, Knowledge works in all arenas and at all levels of
participation—within each person, within each community, within each world,
between each world and within the universe as a whole. That is why Knowledge is
so great and why, though you receive it within yourself, it is far greater than
you can conceive of.
THUS IT IS THAT NOW YOU MAY EXPERIENCE the Greater Community
and not separate yourself in attempting to understand it. Understanding comes
through participation. Remind yourself of today’s idea upon the hour and in
your two deeper practice periods, attempt once again to think actively what
this lesson means. Apply it to your experience. Apply it to your perception of
the world. Recognize those thoughts that are for it and those that are against
it. Recognize the inspiration and hope that this gives you and recognize the anxieties
that may be aroused. Take inventory of your thoughts and experiences concerning
today’s idea, but do not judge it, for it emanates from Knowledge. It is meant
to free you from the disability of your own imagination. It is meant to free
you and the world as well.
TODAY UTILIZE YOUR MIND AND YOUR BODY to become a
student of Knowledge. In this, you will learn to comprehend the meaning of yourself,
your world and the Greater Community of Worlds.

This Step painted a picture that was recorded on

“The new Heaven & New earth” it says on the bottom. Above, the GC [Greater Community] calls to gaia /logos “come join us” and the earth responds “OK – be patient”.
The Greater Community is not the new Heaven. We’ll
be given some hints as to the location of heaven in future studies.
Earth is the same, but what makes it “New” is the
understanding that it is located in the Greater Community of Worlds, where
cooperation exists on another level compared to what most now know. To remain
free in this environment and not be managed by external forces, awareness and
resolve are needed.

a.m. June 6, 2000 - Practice #1 Step 325 – The world is emerging into the
Greater Community of Worlds. Therefore, I must be attentive.

Amazing – how can I learn to work in the world? In order to promote regional
community I looked to GC for tools, the concept seeming scalable.
–
For years I've been given ET hints personally. I've noted in
channeling/messages – the mix of spiritual/physical ET communications. It is
assigned to "dimensional causes" that certain physical things are not
always visible.
Revisiting
my life – I was into science fiction. That ended about 11th grade? –
Stranger In
a Strange Land – the book with the greatest impact. I went into college prep
reading. [A Time magazine of 100 top books as of 1963 or so]
2001: A Space
Odyssey had a big impact – Future stories – THX-1138 mostly were confined
to earth. Star Trek, then Star Wars – told intergalactic – human centric –
stories.
UFO's
– always fascinating, but no sightings until recently [daylight disks, or so it
seemed] – so – regional cooperation, I learn, is really global cooperation, and
– that is intergalactic cooperation/control.
What
contact might occur in my span of years? S2K says sci-fi stories are not
preparation, but they prepare the world for something.
I
see this now, having been given the lesson. The focus on greater spirituality
did not reveal the greater physicality/community.
Minds
must remain viable/flexible for new views of the world relationships.

a.m. Where am I on the planet? How can I continue to promote movement to one community?
Many, many are castaways – yet the love of God is within them.
What
can I do from here? How do I organize to enhance community?
My
question earlier, given my team of guides/partners in study – how did I get to
this point? If there's a knowledge point – why the problem in crossover?
Looking
back at my investment choice last year, I wrote down two options – (1) go to
cash (2) get more aggressive. The first response was fear and I went with that.---
If I keep trying and am thoughtful – rather than superstitious – all have what
I need. The inexorable trend/need is to one community with diversity for all.

a.m. June 7 – Back from Buffalo Gap H. S. The graduation of Sue M… – Sarah's [half] sister.
There she saw Bernice's parents – her grandparents – but no big introductions
were made. A good look at Americana – and a short reflection on my own
graduation 36 years ago – 1964 – I had modest goals then – just to get out of Two
Rivers. I got more interested in political science. College opened a broad
world of ideas, most of which I've bypassed now –
Practice
#2 I did in the car and throughout the day. To be attentive to the world
requires remote viewing. How does the world change?
The
frame of reference also expands significantly when the goal is unity in space.
As a consequence of this Step, and the other
Greater Community readings, my notions of “regional cooperation” have expanded.
That may not be something you were thinking about, as your career is most
likely quite different. Still the power of these ideas is something to attempt
to understand. Let us continue.
